Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

Services are provided by Tymofii Sepityi (Тимофій Ігорович Сепітий), an independent self-employed Google Ads specialist, Kyiv, Ukraine. Contact: tymofii@sepityi.com.

2. Services

I provide Google Ads services to businesses: account audits, budget forecasts, campaign setup, ongoing management and monthly reporting. The scope, price and timing of each engagement are agreed with the client in writing (email or messenger) before work starts.

3. Sepityi Ads Toolkit

• Sepityi Ads Toolkit is an internal tool built on the Google Ads API. Only I operate it.
• It is not sold, licensed or made available to clients or any third party. Clients receive the results of the work (reports, campaigns, forecasts), not access to the tool.
• The toolkit works only with Google Ads accounts I own or that the account owner has linked to my manager account. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
• Use of the Google Ads API follows the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and Google's advertising policies.

4. Client accounts and responsibilities

• The Google Ads account, its data and its history belong to the client. Campaigns are built inside the client's own account.
• Advertising spend is billed by Google directly to the client's payment method. My fee is separate.
• New campaigns are created paused and are started only after the client approves them.
• The client confirms that the advertised products, website and claims comply with law and with Google Ads policies.
• The client can remove my access at any time in Google Ads. After that the toolkit can no longer reach the account.

5. Results

Advertising results depend on the market, the website, the offer and Google's auctions. Forecasts are estimates based on Google data, not a guarantee of clicks, leads or sales.

6. Intellectual property

The toolkit's code, my templates and methods remain mine. Reports and campaign content created for a client may be used by that client without limits.

7. Liability

I am responsible for doing the agreed work carefully and on time. I am not liable for losses caused by changes in Google's systems or policies, account suspensions caused by the client's products or website, or decisions made by the client outside the agreed scope. My total liability is limited to the fee paid for the work in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation.

9. Changes

Updated terms are published on this page with a new effective date.
