Privacy Policy

Applies to the website sepityi.com and to Sepityi Ads Toolkit · Effective date: 17 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

The website sepityi.com and Sepityi Ads Toolkit are operated by Tymofii Sepityi (Тимофій Ігорович Сепітий), an independent self-employed Google Ads specialist based in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this policy "I", "me" and "my" refer to him. Contact: tymofii@sepityi.com, +380 96 276 5144.

2. Data collected through the website

• Contact form. When you send a request, I receive the name, phone or email, website address and message you enter. The form is delivered to my inbox by Formspree. I use this data only to reply to you and prepare the audit or proposal you asked for.
• Email and messengers. If you write to me directly, I keep the conversation to continue working with you.
• Analytics. The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to count visits and form submissions. These tools may set cookies and collect technical data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. I do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

3. Google user data accessed by Sepityi Ads Toolkit

Sepityi Ads Toolkit is an internal tool that only I use (see Ads Toolkit). It connects to the Google Ads API through OAuth 2.0 with the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, signed in as my own Google account. Through that account it can reach only the Google Ads accounts that I own or that a client has linked to my manager account.

What data it accesses

• Account and campaign structure: campaigns, budgets, ad groups, keywords, negatives, ads, assets, targeting and settings.
• Performance data: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, search terms and related metrics.
• Keyword Planner data: keyword ideas, search volume and forecasts.

The toolkit does not access Gmail, contacts, Drive or any Google data other than Google Ads.

How it is used

• To build reports for the owner of the account.
• To create and change campaigns, keywords, negatives, ads and assets in that account at the owner's request.
• To audit account settings and to prepare keyword research and budget forecasts for that owner.

Google Ads data is used only to provide the service the account owner asked for. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to build profiles of people and not combined with data from other clients.

How it is stored

• Data is processed on my password-protected workstation. OAuth client secrets and refresh tokens are stored locally and are never published, committed to public code or shared.
• Reports are kept for as long as I work with the client and up to 12 months after the work ends, then deleted. Raw API exports are kept only as long as needed to finish a report or task.

How it is shared

• Reports and results are shared only with the owner of the Google Ads account they belong to, or with people that owner has named.
• To analyse search terms or write report text, I may send parts of a client's report data (for example a list of search terms) to an AI model provider (Anthropic) under its commercial terms, which do not allow using that data to train models. This is done only to produce the analysis for that same client.
• Data may be disclosed if required by law.
• Nothing else is shared with third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Sepityi Ads Toolkit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.

4. Your choices and rights

• Revoke access. A client can stop my access at any time by removing the link to my manager account in Google Ads (Admin → Access and security → Managers). I can revoke the toolkit's OAuth access to my own account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Access and deletion. Email tymofii@sepityi.com to get a copy of the data I hold about you or your account, or to have it deleted. I reply within 30 days.
• Cookies. You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

5. Security

Access to the toolkit, its credentials and client data is limited to me. Accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step verification. If I learn of a breach affecting your data, I will tell you without undue delay.

6. Children

The website and the toolkit are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
